Every Toastmasters meeting runs on evaluations, and a good one can change how a speaker sees their own potential. On Friday, October 30, A+/Advanced Articulators (Club 8109) in Division E is hosting a free online workshop on giving feedback that actually helps people grow.

The session is led by Stephanie Coleman, DTM, a three-time District 28 Evaluation Contest winner and two-time semifinalist in the World Championship of Public Speaking. Participants will work through Stephanie’s own evaluation resource, practice in breakout rooms, and then regroup to dig into what makes feedback motivating instead of merely polite.

You’ll leave with structured frameworks for clear, balanced evaluations, more confidence delivering them with both authority and warmth, and sharper listening for strengths and growth opportunities alike. Past attendees called the workshop’s checklist “invaluable.”

The workshop is open to everyone, not just Toastmasters. Educators, managers, mentors, and aspiring leaders are all welcome, and no experience is needed.
