Forms for the FY27 District 216 Speech Contests: the International Speech Contest and the Evaluation Contest. Contestants and judges complete and sign their forms online. No printing or scanning needed.
How it works
- Find your form below: the Speaker Eligibility Form for contestants, or the Judges Form for judges.
- Fill it in and sign it electronically.
- Click submit. Your form goes to the District Public Relations Manager at prm@216toastmasters.org, and a signed copy is emailed to you.
