Taking Josh Winkelstein’s suggestion to read something lighter\, this one is a fairly quick read. \n\n\n\nFormat: Virtual\, via Zoom. Free and open to everyone — no registration required. \n\n\n\nJoin by Zoom: Email info@216toastmasters.org for the meeting link. \n\n\n\nThe Toastmasters Book Club is a group forming inside District 216\, built around reading and discussing one book together each month. Members practice speaking\, listening\, and giving feedback in a relaxed setting — and you do not need to have finished the book to take part. \n\n\n\nGuests are especially welcome. This is not an advanced club\, so you do not need to be a Toastmaster to attend. The group is working toward chartering as a full club\, and welcoming guests who are new to Toastmasters is the fastest way to get there. Bring a friend or a family member. \n\n\n\nTimes are Eastern — one hour earlier for clubs on Central Time.
